3 Times Over The Limit Driver Collides With Wall
After a night out drinking it has been reported that a man who was 3 and a half times over the limit ploughed his car into a wall which put his passenger into hospital.
The driver, Michael Clark had been out drinking at the pub when he decided that he wanted to drive home.
It was during this journey home that he lost control of his car and crashed into a wall.
His passenger was injured and spent the night in hospital.
When Clark was breathalysed he gave a reading of 77mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
The incident happened in Scotland and the current drink driving limit across the border is currently 22mg.
Clark admitted drink driving and was banned from driving for 18 months and received a fine of £750.
