38 Months For Second Time Drink Driver
A 29 year old man has been banned from driving for over 3 years following his second drink driving offence.
Stephen Morgan was stopped by the police in the early hours of 19 March 2016. He was breathalysed by the attending officers and was found to have 53mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, the legal limit in England and Wales being 35mg.
Mr Morgan appeared at Hereford Magistrates’ Court which heard that he had been driving as a friend had called him and asked to picked up.
Mr Morgan pleaded guilt to the offence of drink driving and was disqualified for 38 months and received a £300 fine plus court costs.
